As the story unfolds, her past will be revealed, shedding light on what makes her this way. Kaneran Saaya (CV: Ei Miyuki) ―――――――――――― Student Council Library Committee, 2nd Year Class A She maintains a poker face, always smiling. Her life at school is a mystery; she is sensitive yet emotionally detached. She keeps a certain distance from those around her, but when she engages in conversation, she seems to possess a certain insight. She met Yoshito in the library during their first year, and they made a very small promise. It seems she has some significant goal at school, but it remains to be seen if it relates to her promise with Yoshito. Through her encounters with Yoshito and others, she grows significantly, and her surrounding environment gradually changes. Though he can be self-righteous, it stems from the pride of his achievements, which he has earned through a stoic approach. His father is a politician running for office from Hashinomiya Ward, focusing on "building a peaceful town." As the son of a politician, he is determined to improve his town and proactively correct the deteriorating school environment at Hashinomiya High. Tsukushida Mahiro (CV: Arimura Ren) ―――――――――――― Student Council Information Management Department, 2nd Year Class E Her grades are average, and she doesn’t stand out much at school, but her few words have earned her the reputation of being "cooler than Shinonome Shizuno." In the student council, she mainly handles fresh information through word of mouth and eye-witness accounts. Yoshida Shunpei (CV: Hinata Yuki) ―――――――――――― After School Club, 2nd Year Class E His grades are average, but his ideas are silly. He embodies the essence of a class clown. However, no one at this school can match him in "eye for detail," "unfounded persuasiveness," and "mood-making." He is incredibly tough. He has known Yoshito since middle school, and he helped Shunpei with his high school entrance exams, which has allowed their friendship to continue into their second year of high school, the setting of this story.
