A Japanese-style RPG where the heroine and heroic spirits fight together In the small island nation known as "Mizuho," located in the east of the continent—there is a legend that it was saved by eight girls known as the "Miko of the Eight Maidens," who possessed extraordinary abilities and had silver hair, during a time of great calamity. In the year "Tenshou" 10—just before his ascent to the capital, Oda Nobunaga was betrayed by his retainers, set fire to Honnoji, and committed suicide. However, three days later, he was resurrected and led an army of the dead to defeat the traitor Akechi Mitsuhide, marking the beginning of the story. Declaring himself the "Demon King of the Sixth Heaven," Nobunaga accomplished his ascent to the capital and marched the army of the dead and youkai across the land. Thus, the nation of Mizuho was once again plunged into a dark age, and several years passed. The invasion of the dead army reached the remote Shirakawa Village, where an orphan named Sakuya, who grew up in the village, reached out to the sacred object enshrined in the village shrine, said to "grant the power of the Miko of the Eight Maidens to the one who holds it," in order to protect the villagers from the army of the dead.
