This is a puzzle-solving escape game.
Each of the four areas contains puzzles and gimmicks that must be cleared.
The goal is for Kano to escape from the Black Knight Game.
However, it seems that the Black Knight, the organizer of the game, has some ulterior motives...
Simply clearing the game may not lead to a good ending.
In this game, there is a stamina gauge; failing to solve a puzzle in an area or getting caught in a trap will decrease the gauge.
If the gauge runs out, Kano will face a punishment game involving lewd acts.
As with the previous game, there is an indecency level system in place.
If she is subjected to lewd acts or falls into lewd traps, her parameters will increase, changing the nature of the lewd content.
