"Let's embark on a 'slightly scary' adventure This is a long RPG that explores a vast maze spread underground around the world. The expected playtime is over 10 hours. A main route is provided, but you can also change the order of your progression in a free scenario style. The difficulty starts off relatively easy, but becomes somewhat challenging in the later stages, requiring party strengthening and strategic planning in battles. The combat is in a retro-style side view, with unique elements added to character graphics and animations. The story follows a boy who has been cursed and transformed into a cat, as he collects eight items to break the curse. All party members are animal, beastman, or monster-type characters. Some characters can freely switch between a human-like appearance and a beast-like appearance during the game (their stats also change). There are some horror elements, but overall it has a comedic tone, and there are no graphic depictions of gore or violence. Puzzle elements exist throughout the game as players navigate traps by placing platforms that randomly appear in holes or on damage floors (there are very few puzzles involving deciphering codes). Important actions on the map include using "jump" and "map items" to create platforms. The controls are detailed in the included readme file. In the demo version, you can try out several characters at around level 20. The game is developed using RPG Maker (formerly known as Tsukūru) MZ.
