This is a yuri RPG where you conquer towers to rescue kidnapped girls. If you lose to a boss enemy, you will be attacked, and your H level will increase. The boss enemies are, of course, girls as well. As your H level rises, the interactions with the boss will change, and events with the village girls will occur. There are no levels; instead, you can increase your preferred abilities based on the number of defeated enemies. The difficulty is set to require item usage from the start, but the game progresses smoothly.
