○Synopsis○ Kaoru Okumoto, a member of the exorcism organization "Hama," has received a mission to investigate the source of a powerful spiritual presence detected by the organization. This leads him back to the town of Mitogawa, where he once lived. Upon discovering the nature of the immense spiritual power, Kaoru discusses the situation with his childhood friend, Serika Suno, who has been fulfilling the role of helping the souls of the deceased find peace in that town, as well as Haruka Hatayama, a spirit residing in the area and a senior at his school. With their support, he gains the organization's approval to stay in the town for a while to study knowledge and techniques related to ghosts. From the night of the full moon to the half moon, Kaoru learns from Haruka about the "capture of ghosts destined for hell" and the "spiritual transformation of ghosts," which take place on the night of the new moon.
