Thank you for your interest in this work. This time, as a sample for AIRNovel, I didn't have the time to write an original story, so I decided to handle "Under the Cherry Tree" by Kaji Motokijiro, which I have been considering adapting into a visual novel someday. Library Card: Under the Cherry Tree http://www.aozora.gr.jp/cards/000074/card427.html (Public Domain) I’m not sure if original fans will like it, but I tried to adapt it in a way that doesn’t break Kaji’s original work, while thinking about how Yuugai and Kotori would produce it. Within the limited time, I believe I managed to shape it somehow. Thank you to Kotori for taking the time to respond to my sudden request. The character of the storyteller is Kotori's idea. I had also asked for male character illustrations, but I wanted to value inspiration, and I had a conviction that I could execute it in a way that wouldn’t break the original work (in my opinion). I also believed that it would provide value for those who have read the original, giving the work some depth (though not logically). My direction doesn’t really follow any systematic academic theory; it’s just a series of inspirations, after all (laughs). This also serves as a functional sample of the visual novel engine AIRNovel.
