◆ STORY Just before the Golden Week, Tomohiko confesses to a girl who is the Madonna of his class. However, he receives an unfavorable response and is told that she likes his best friend, Hiroki. To Tomohiko, Hiroki has been a close friend since childhood, but he is also a wall that Tomohiko feels he can never surpass. The girl Tomohiko likes ends up liking Hiroki... On the way home, Tomohiko is shocked by his own actions and the failure of his confession, and he realizes that a voice is echoing in his head. As the voice grows louder, Tomohiko cannot ignore it any longer, and suddenly an unfamiliar girl appears before him. The girl, with purple hair and dressed in traditional clothing, holding a sword, unexpectedly slashes Tomohiko with her weapon. Seeing that he is seemingly unhurt, the girl introduces herself as "Murasaki" and begins to explain the situation. The voice that had been calling out in Tomohiko's head belongs to a creature known as a "Nightmare Demon." They invade the hearts of young humans and cause mischief, and Murasaki's action of slashing him was a measure to ward off the Nightmare Demon. Though Tomohiko finds it hard to believe, he cannot argue against the strange cries echoing in his mind. Tomohiko ends up helping Murasaki with her job of collecting the Nightmare Demons. Thus begins a lewd life with the suddenly appeared and provocative "Murasaki."
