They primarily gain essence by providing pleasure and bringing individuals to climax. To efficiently obtain essence, they excel in sexual techniques and possess beautiful appearances. With otherworldly pleasures that can be considered demonic, normal humans cannot resist and will become captivated by pleasure. Moreover, all physical attacks are ineffective against them; the only way to defeat an incubus is to provide pleasure and bring them to climax instead. A woman who is brought to climax by an incubus will become a new incubus herself. Unless she is brought to climax by someone else, she will not return to being human. A man who is brought to climax will become a captive of the incubus, willingly offering his essence to them. Unless rescued by someone, a man will either be kept as a livestock of the incubus or quickly drained and killed for food.
