I spoke with my older sister, Chisato Komada, who had been close to me during my childhood, to learn about my grandmother and the café's situation. As I looked around the now lonely interior of the café, I thought: "I want to show my grandmother a lively café once again…!" "Café Carmera" I decided to rename the café and brighten up the interior with a renovation. I prepared new menu items and uniforms for the shop, and began recruiting part-time staff.
