The story follows the protagonist, who has awakened to the thrill of wetting themselves in the previous installment, as they initiate a plan for wetting incidents at school. While cleaning in the science club, they accidentally discover the effects of a drug and decide to slip a laxative into the drink of a junior who is reading in a secluded area... Unbeknownst to her, the junior has also had an aphrodisiac mixed into her drink along with the laxative, causing her body to gradually heat up... The abdominal pain from the laxative slowly transforms into pleasure, and she succumbs to ecstasy without realizing she is being watched. The game features 2 basic CGs + variations, character sprites, and a few supplementary illustrations. There is one scene of wetting, with two routes: one from the perspective of the voyeur (the protagonist) and the other from the perspective of the girl wetting herself. It is a short, easy-to-play wetting-themed visual novel game with a playtime of about 20 to 30 minutes.
