Chasing an alien that has time-warped to the past, Kyou, a time patrol officer, arrives in Heian-era Japan. A fierce battle against invading aliens begins in the capital of Heian-kyo! This is a top-view, fixed-screen 2D action game. The gameplay pays homage to classic games where you dig holes and bury the aliens that fall into them. By utilizing various actions, players can actively "push enemies into the holes," adding a new attacking element to the game. At first, only a limited set of actions is available, and the game progresses with story demos that also serve as tutorials between stages. As you advance, the available actions increase. There are two main game modes: the 'Story Mode,' where you gradually unlock actions, and the 'Arcade Mode,' where all actions are available from the start and the difficulty is higher. Arcade Mode becomes selectable after clearing Story Mode. Additionally, what happens when you clear Arcade Mode…? Developed using the DX Library, it should run on most current Windows systems (as of 2018), but please check the demo version for compatibility before purchasing.
