◆Story◆ In the world between life and death, "The Boundary" A letter of challenge arrived from the twin thieves, 'Gemini,' to a certain company in this town. The thieves, Ael and Shia, disregarded the security of the mobile unit that protects 'The Boundary' and successfully stole the item they were after. Just as Ael and Shia escaped the mobile unit's security network, they were confronted by the elite members of the mobile unit, Signifiant and Signifie. Although Signifiant and Signifie were unable to catch the thieves, they managed to obtain a certain blueprint that the thieves had stolen. Later, they were summoned by their superior, Narumi, and entrusted with an important operation regarding the blueprint they had acquired.
