This visual novel follows the fate of an unfortunate female student. The controls are quite simple. The player just needs to watch the urge gauge and determine the right timing to relieve herself. Depending on the outcome, she may make it to the bathroom in time, or she might end up leaking in the classroom or hallway. Each scene of her struggle is vividly depicted with beautiful illustrations and text. In particular, the scenes of her trying to hold it in during class are described in detail, utilizing various facial expressions.
