Endless graffiti, pranks, insidious bullying, shadow violence, and teachers who have thrown in the towel... And the student council, which aims to regulate the disorderly conduct, along with the students involved. Each student is tormented by the unique anxieties, frustrations, and feelings of incompleteness typical of adolescence. Groping around with disparate goals, they gather in a patchwork manner, recalling their innocent days and awkwardly deepening their bonds of friendship. What will happen to the chaotic school environment? What will become of their spent youth? Character Introduction Shizuno Shinonome (CV: Yui Asami) - Student Council Discipline Section, 2nd Year Class B She works in the student council's discipline section alongside Yoshito. With top grades in her year, she manages student council activities without a hitch and is highly trusted by teachers. However, she is generally indifferent and unfriendly towards others. What causes her to be this way will be unraveled throughout the story. Asahi Yusurano (CV: Yuki Yuzaki) - Vice President of the Student Council, 2nd Year Class A Despite being a second-year student, she serves as the vice president of the student council. Her efforts can be strict at times, yet she is more meticulous than anyone else. Typically, she is an ordinary girl with a playful side. In reality, she struggles with self-assertion, which may lead to her "being the perfect vice president." Riko Tsubaki (CV: Hime Sakura) - Home Room, 2nd Year Class D She is sensitive, with a cute smile and charm. Although she is not particularly adept, she is known in class as the "target of teasing," and sometimes faces excessive situations. Despite this, she quietly harbors anxiety about such occurrences while behaving warmly and expressively. Her encounters with Yoshito and others lead to significant personal growth and gradual changes in her environment. Yoshito Kudou (CV: Kouki Shimizu) - Student Council Discipline Section, 2nd Year Class B The protagonist of this story. He straightforwardly calls out what he perceives as wrong, things he dislikes, and things that don't sit well with him. While some respect him, others strongly dislike him. In this chaotic high school, he runs around to voice complaints about "things he doesn't like," sometimes stopping to reflect. His youth begins while he struggles with his self-worth. Yuto Shinkai (CV: Nao Shigure) - Student Council Information Management Section, 2nd Year Class A He is said to have the highest status among male students and believes so himself. Though he has a self-righteous streak, it stems from his achievements earned through a stoic attitude—his "pride." His father is a politician running for office in the Hashinomiya district, working on "creating a peaceful community." As a politician's son, he strives to improve his town and actively works to correct the deteriorating discipline at Hashinomiya High. Mihiro Tsukushida (CV: Ren Arimura) - Student Council Information Management Section, 2nd Year Class E Her grades are average, and she doesn't stand out much at school, but her quiet nature earns her the title "cooler than Shizuno Shinonome." In the student council, she mainly handles fresh information such as word of mouth and sightings. Although she is beautiful, she doesn't care about her appearance, which makes others think it's a waste. She tends to be unresponsive and always looks sleepy. Shunpei Yoshida (CV: Yuki Hinata) - Home Room, 2nd Year Class E His grades are average, but his ideas are silly. He embodies all the characteristics of a class clown. However, he is unmatched in "judgment," "groundless persuasiveness," and "mood-making" in this school. He is incredibly tough. He and Yoshito have been friends since middle school, and Yoshito helped him with his high school entrance exam, maintaining their friendship up to the second year of high school, where the story takes place. Suzu Urato (CV: Ren Arimura) - Student Council Executive Committee, 2nd Year Class C A bright girl with fluffy curls who lives life to the fullest. She transferred in during her first year and quickly fit in with her natural brightness and good vibes, eventually joining the student council in a whirlwind of enthusiasm. Once she becomes friends with someone, they may find themselves a bit at her mercy, but she has a forgiving atmosphere that allows them to laugh it off. She sometimes reveals unexpected traits at strange moments. Saaya Kaneran (CV: Miyuki Eii) - Student Council Library Committee, 2nd Year Class A She has a poker face and only ever shows a smile. Everything about her school life is a mystery; she is sensitive yet emotionally detached. She maintains a certain distance from those around her, but when engaged in conversation, she seems somewhat enlightened. She met Yoshito in the library during their first year and made a very small promise. It appears she has a significant goal at school, but it remains to be seen if it relates to her promise with Yoshito. Toshiyuki Kanzaki (CV: Hideyuki Mito) - Student Council Advisor Subject: Modern Society Teacher for 2nd Year Class E He is popular among both students and faculty, a handsome and stylish 36-year-old teacher. Some female students seek his guidance just to talk to him, but rumors suggest he already has a girlfriend. When asked directly, he skillfully deflects the question. He is a reliable adult who can also see things from a student's perspective, earning him deep trust and a dignified presence that commands respect from everyone.
