At the cost of your sacrifice. ◆ Game Flow In this game, the scenes of "losing to the Dream Demon and having your essence drained" are battles themselves. At the start of the battle, you have already lost. The objective of the battle is to satisfy the Dream Demon that is draining your essence. Actions such as "begging for mercy," futile "resistance," and sometimes even "submitting" to the Dream Demon can be effective actions to please the Dream Demon. After battling the boss, the protagonist will inevitably be drained of energy and die. When the protagonist dies, their abilities will be passed on to the next protagonist.
