Those left behind in this lawless city face the imminent threat of becoming zombies or death from resource disputes. In a secluded part of the town, Amano Hime, the protagonist of the story, has been holed up at Yadorigi Academy. One day, while planning to leak videos of the lockdown to make a profit, she hears the sound of a car accident outside the academy. When she goes to check, she finds that the barricade has been broken, and zombies have entered the school building.
