Players command a carrier task force and engage in combat against enemy fleets. The game features a wide range of ships, including carriers, destroyers, and submarines from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and Italy, totaling 177 classes, including many unfinished carriers like "Ibuki" and "Graf Zeppelin." The size of flight decks and hangars is also detailed in the data. The game includes 110 types of aircraft, such as the "Zero," "Comet," and "Hellcat." Not only the performance of individual aircraft but also the skill levels and fatigue of crew members are taken into account, and airfields like Rabaul and Midway are also featured. When the game begins, both fleets launch reconnaissance aircraft to search for the enemy, and upon discovering an enemy fleet, they send out attack squads. Players must make critical decisions such as, "Is the reconnaissance information accurate?" "What is the weather over the target?" "Should we carry bombs or torpedoes?"
