However, the Oni were defeated by "Momotaro," who was accompanied by three companions, and Momotaro took the treasures back home, living happily ever after. And so ends the well-known fairy tale from long ago. A long time has passed, and we find ourselves in the modern era. The world is abuzz with the exploits of a phantom thief known as "Ura." Mysterious and bold, Ura sends a notice to his targets before stealing with dazzling techniques. It is said that he is a descendant of the Oni defeated by Momotaro long ago. His goal is to recover the "secret treasure" that was stolen and return it to its rightful owner. And on the island where the Oni once lived, a notice from Ura has arrived. In the center of the island stands a school known as "Onigashima Academy." A boy named Keisuke Urabe arrives at this academy. In truth, he is the phantom thief Ura, the one causing all the commotion. At the same time, rumors are swirling about the notice sent by Ura. However, Keisuke, the actual Ura, has no memory of sending such a notice. Who is the fake Ura that has sent the notice? What is the "secret treasure" that the fake Ura is after? While hiding his identity, Keisuke gathers information about the fake Ura and the treasure during the day as a student and at night as a thief. However, he soon realizes something.
