The hero unleashes a flashy special move, which the mascot bravely counters head-on. Sparks fly and loud explosions resonate. Steel beams fall, and concrete shatters. Kotaro could distinctly hear the sound of his everyday life crumbling in his mind. "Tokyo Hero Project" — Two years have passed since the plan was implemented to place one local hero in each of the 23 wards of Tokyo, allowing them to engage in local PR and public safety activities. With red hair and a fierce look, he appears like a delinquent, but despite his scary appearance, he is passionate, principled, and kind-hearted. He has never been popular with girls due to his intimidating looks. By chance, he ends up working part-time for an evil secret organization, and is forced to fight heroes in a costume as a “monster.” - Yuru-Chara Suit "Dorara" A yuru-chara type powered suit developed by Louis, the leader of the secret organization "BO." When worn, it grants powers dozens of times greater than that of an ordinary person. 【Chiyoda Hero "Maiden"】 ●Honda Ayano (CV: Kyoko Mitsu) Kotaro's classmate. A close friend of Saori. In reality, she has a masochistic side and tends to become infatuated with those she trusts, finding joy in being used. Despite its cute appearance, it possesses high combat capabilities. She possesses a genius-level intellect, having developed the protagonist's yuru-chara suit. At first glance, she seems thoughtful and intellectual, but her thoughts are often absurd. Her actions and theatrical mannerisms are unnecessarily cryptic, and she surprises those around her with her bizarre statements. She is assertive and disregards what others say, pushing things to revolve around herself. Though small in stature, her attitude is larger than life. "Submit to me, Kotaro!"
