■Story "…I thought it was just a summer training camp." Yuki Mochizuki, a student at Miyanomori Academy, had come to the academy's training lodge for a strengthening camp along with the baseball club, rugby club, survival game research club, and anime research club. Perhaps because it was a private school for the wealthy, they were supposed to spend weeks at a training lodge built on a remote island of a certain country, immersed in baseball every day. However, around the middle of the camp, they would hear an unbelievable broadcast on the radio. There was a civil war in the country that owned the island. The return flights and food deliveries were canceled, and the male teachers, along with local staff, rented a boat to head back to their home country to gather information. But as the days passed—one day, two days—without any contact, the students suppressed their anxiety and waited to return. However, their wishes would be betrayed in the worst possible way. A few days later, the boat that was supposed to be carrying the teachers had been destroyed and washed ashore. The students, having lost their support, wondered when they would be able to return… or if they might die from running out of food, or if soldiers involved in the civil war might come to kill them. In such a situation, they gradually began to lose their rationality. Most of the clubs were made up of boys. Yuki found it impossible to calm the out-of-control behavior of the various clubs. On this isolated island, a long and heavy madness begins to stir. "We're still alive on this island. But…" ■Characters 【Baseball Club Manager】 ●Yuki Mochizuki (CV: Shiho Nakaya) The protagonist. An active and straightforward baseball club manager. She was part of a baseball club in her childhood, playing as a pitcher among boys. When advancing to high school, there was no academy for girls to play baseball seriously, so she entered Miyanomori Academy as a manager. She is childhood friends with Yoshiyuki Tada, who has left the baseball club to become the president of the anime research club, and Shinichiro Hatsushiba, the current baseball club president. She experiences jealousy towards Karasuma, who often teases her childhood friend Hatsushiba, and is being tossed around by her emotions as a woman. 【Rugby Club Manager】 ●Maya Kenjo (CV: Hitomi Ito) Having always gotten her way, she has a naturally arrogant personality. She has been at Miyanomori since elementary school and hopes to advance, but her bad behavior has put her advancement in jeopardy despite it being easy if she didn't misbehave. To improve her school record, she became the manager of the powerful rugby club in her third year, but she basically leaves the manager's duties to the first-year Hinako Hino. 【Rugby Club Manager】 ●Hinako Hino (CV: Miya Serizono) A bright and reliable rugby club manager. She looks young due to her small stature, but she has a keen eye and can calm others with her calm remarks. Her older brother is an alumnus of the Miyanomori rugby club, and having admired him closely, she became interested in rugby and joined as a manager. She responds well to Kenjo's unreasonable demands. Having grown up among male siblings, she had opportunities to engage with anime and manga, which she still enjoys as a hobby. As a result, she becomes friends with Tada. 【Mathematics Teacher】 ●Mitsuko Karasuma (CV: Yuu Ayase) She pretends to be intellectual but is actually a mentally fragile female teacher. When faced with unexpected situations, she can become hysterical. She doesn’t wish to be liked by the students but tries to get along with them to a degree that doesn't interfere with her work. However, her calculative behavior means that few students truly connect with her. She dislikes the camp life that forces her to interact with students outside of class. Having tendencies of obsessive cleanliness, being trapped on an island full of athletic types is a source of distress for her. She ends up holding a key item in the story: an "assault rifle." 【Graduate Student / Local Staff & Server at the Training Lodge】 ●Cynthia Sagritt (CV: Aoi Kisaragi) A modest and gentle housekeeper. In critical moments, she is resourceful and plays a supportive role, guiding the protagonist. She is studying Japanese and hopes to work in Japan in the future. To cover travel expenses and improve her Japanese, she takes a short-term part-time job as a housekeeper at the training lodge. She is still not accustomed to the language and occasionally makes mistakes in usage and phrases. She is self-conscious about her short stature and often listens to the tall Karasuma.
