However, the setting of the desolate hot spring town retains a vivid image of Japan from decades ago, giving visitors the impression of being left behind in the flow of time. In this rural village, a series of incidents occur where residents mysteriously disappear. However, the police investigation is making no progress, and the frequent occurrence of supernatural phenomena only increases the damage. Taking the situation seriously, the shrine’s exorcism team dispatched three shrine maidens to resolve the incidents. One is from the youkai coexistence faction, another from the youkai extermination faction, and the third is a mediator to oversee and adjust the two conflicting parties. It seems impossible for such opposing individuals to establish a cooperative relationship. In this state, can they really resolve the incidents...? ■ Characters ● Ibuki Arashiyama (CV: Saori Yukito) A rookie shrine maiden from the Nada Shrine, part of the youkai coexistence faction. Her personality is a bit childish, but her physical abilities are quite developed. "We have to get along with youkai too!" ● Nazuna Raido (CV: Minami Kitato) A rookie shrine maiden from the Kasumi Shrine, part of the youkai extermination faction. She has a tough personality and shows no mercy towards enemy youkai. "So what if I'm short? I have more experience than you!" ● Minase Ryugu (CV: Ichigo Hinata) A shrine maiden apprentice from the Ryugu Shrine. She is responsible for purifying shrine maidens tainted by youkai and handling desk work.
