This event is known as the "Calamity"—because of it, the world almost perished, but the "Clan of Dawn" built the tower "Velvalem," which has allowed the world to gradually recover over a long time. However, outside the tower, the environment remains harsh for living plants and animals. ...A new problem has arisen. The people who gained a stable environment under the "tower" have "overpopulated." The decline in the balance of circulation functions brought about by the "population increase" has started to disrupt the balance significantly.
