What kind of conclusions await you after numerous hardships and joys? ◆◇◆Characters◆◇◆ ● Nabara Kohei (= Default name: can be changed) … The protagonist. Born and raised in this country (Hyrand Republic), he lost his parents during a series of political upheavals at the age of 11 and has been all alone ever since. Rather than being a wanderer, he spends most of his days without a fixed address. He is not a bad person, but he lacks a bit of planning. His goodness, which prevents him from deceiving others to survive, ironically leads to his misfortunes in these times, and since he became aware of his surroundings, he has no memory of ever being full after eating. The story begins when he collapses from hunger in front of a certain beast shop, as usual. ● Amuritia Baty The owner of "Beast Shop Baty" and a beast scholar. Born and raised in the Hyrand Republic. She lost her mother to illness at the age of 6 and inherited the shop after losing her father two years ago. However, she is not particularly good at business or socializing, and she feels a vague anxiety about her life. Although her personality is a bit out of touch with reality, she is kind, cheerful, and somewhat flustered. However, she may not be suited for domestic tasks (especially cooking...). While she is not unattractive, society's cold gaze towards her as a beast shop owner has prevented her from meeting a man who would propose to her. Well, perhaps due to her scholarly nature, she doesn't seem to be particularly concerned about it... ● Namuchi Danava An elderly man who frequently visits "Beast Shop Baty." He is around 80 years old and is referred to as "Old Man." He doesn't come to the shop specifically to interact with the beasts but is enamored with the old building and frequently requests its sale. He always smiles and his personality is somewhat ambiguous, but he seems to have plenty of money. He regularly visits the shop with industry items to train and care for the beasts. He has a strong sense of loyalty and is liked by others despite navigating a murky world. Due to the nature of his work, he is also well-informed about rumors and information in society, making him an important source of information in the game. In life, he was close to Amuritia's father and continues to watch over her warmly. ● Beast Shop Tonbe The owner of a long-established beast shop located about 15 kilometers from Amuritia's store. A human male in his 50s. He is known for treating his shop's beasts with care, and his customers are primarily high-class individuals. Since its founding, he has prospered under the motto "A true beast shop is loved by beasts," but recently there have been rumors of disputes with troublesome customers. Until six months ago, he served as the head of the Hyrand Beast Shop Guild.
