Thanks to the "Wisdom of the Wise King," humanity created the true dragon warriors inscribed with Regalia. By conquering dragons with the power of dragons, humanity won the battle for its survival. However, when the era of nation-building began under the Wise King, Liberio, who was supposed to be a hero of Regalia, rebelled against the Empire's rule. This was a fight to protect the mana, the life of the stars, exploited by the towers. But Liberio was defeated in a decisive battle against the Empire's strongest dragon, Megalos. He was degraded as the rebellious dragon and buried deep underground. A long time passed... The heroic figure of Liberio is still passed down as a symbol of hope and prayer for the persecuted ground dwellers. ■The Tower and the Rada Empire The tower and the three-layered aerial city are governed by the Rada Empire. Their prosperity is a product of the exploitation that drains mana from the earth's ley lines. To liberate the earth and the oppressed, Kyle, now a new rebellious dragon, aims for the sky and begins to ascend the tower. However, the Empire's soldiers and ferocious monsters block his path. ■The Human-Dragon Liberio The protagonist Kyle, who inherits the power of the rebellious dragon, can transform into the human-dragon Liberio by awakening the dragon factor inscribed as Regalia on his arm. ■Dragon Slaves and True Dragons The greatest obstacles on the journey up the tower are the dragon slaves and true dragons. However, if Kyle can emerge victorious in battle against them and free them from their fateful bondage, they may become powerful allies. Various locations await the party, from lush forest layers to oceanic trench layers. Use enhancement materials to customize weapons and prepare for tougher foes. ■Miraculous Power of the "Magic Stones" Crystallized mana that can be obtained by defeating monsters.
