■Story At some point, entities began to seep into this world. Yokai. Monsters. Demons. These 'things' that devour infants and turn people into silent masses of flesh are also known as 'Oni'. Those who have faced these Oni in secret are the 'Demon Slayers'. An organization that supports them is called the 'Guild'. Their existence never appears on the public stage, yet they are said to possess immense influence, capable of manipulating even the representatives of time like puppets. The present day. 'Sakagami Homura', a regular student living in the city. One day, he is suddenly abducted by someone and finds himself on a giant ferry. Before Homura appears a rude man named 'Kaji Mae', along with three girls claiming to be Demon Slayers: 'Mai', 'Anya', and 'Kaho'. And a talking sword named 'Oni Torimaru'. "You are one of us, so take the 'Oni-slaying sword, Oni Torimaru', and eradicate the Oni." Confused, Homura attempts to escape with the help of a pure-hearted girl named 'Chizuru', whom he met on the ship, but fails. What appears before him is a real 'Oni'. As he becomes embroiled in battle, the sword, Oni Torimaru, resonates with him. By the time the 'Oni extermination' is over, Homura realizes that his fate is beginning to change. On an island they reach offshore, Homura ends up living in the same dormitory as the three Demon Slayer girls and attending the same academy. The presence of his classmate 'Chizuru' becomes the best remedy for Homura, whose life has drastically changed. Despite some awkwardness, Homura and his friends gradually begin to connect emotionally as they navigate their daily lives. Just as they start to get accustomed to their peaceful routine, an incident occurs where Chizuru is attacked by an 'Oni'. Students flee in panic, and friends who were just classmates moments ago become corpses consumed by the Oni. To survive, to protect the people and their friends, and to save their loved ones. The curtain rises on Homura and his friends' battle. --- Characters ● Sakagami Homura (CV: Daisuke Yagami) The protagonist who is just an ordinary student… or so it seemed. One day, he is suddenly abducted and forcibly drawn into a battle, told to 'act as a Demon Slayer'. He has a cheerful and expressive personality, often acting on impulse, but he also has a shy and honest side. Using the talking demon sword 'Oni Torimaru', he battles the Oni, alternating between cooperation and conflict. Though he is transferred to another school under coercion to live as a Demon Slayer, he seems to possess a courage beyond that of an average person. "Strength doesn't matter! If I don't help here, then what am I doing!!" ● Oni Torimaru (CV: Yosuke) The Japanese sword wielded by Homura. At some point, the sword gained a will and a personality, making it a demon sword. Its stubborn, serious, and rigid personality might stem from being made of metal. She is caring and has a pure personality, never speaking ill of others. However, because of this, she is somewhat gullible and can be a bit clumsy. She is a beloved petite girl with big breasts who is often teased by everyone. At home, she secretly keeps a stray cat named 'Pochi'. "No, no! I want you to eat it, Homura-kun. If you eat it, I'll be really happy!" ● Fujiwara Mai (CV: Rikka Kitami) A skilled Demon Slayer from a prestigious family of Onmyoji. She fights with a ponytail flying, embodying the spirit of a Yamato Nadeshiko warrior. When battling Oni, she throws talismans to summon the Twelve Divine Generals. One of her jobs is to protect the area by placing talismans against Oni attacks. She is an all-rounder, proficient in both offense and defense. Due to her upbringing, she has a serious personality, making her a reliable figure whom everyone can depend on, though at times she may come off as having 'too strong a sense of responsibility'. She watches over the chaotic antics of her friends with kindness and grace, being the dependable older sister. "You absolutely must not die, okay?" ● Anya (CV: Mizuki) A blonde Russian Demon Slayer. "Anya" is a nickname; her full name is "Nina Alexeyevna Tolstaya," a lengthy name. She has a high pride and usually speaks to the protagonist from a superior position. However, her comments often contain many points to critique. She is athletic but clumsy, intelligent yet foolish. Her personality is more carefree than meticulous; she is rather rough around the edges. She has a contentious relationship with the protagonist, Homura, constantly bickering whenever they meet. Seeing her point her beloved gun at Homura without hesitation suggests she is more like a volcano than a tundra girl. "Everyone calls me Anya affectionately, but you can't. I won't let you." ● Morino Kaho (CV: Yukari Aoyama) A cool girl who expresses little emotion and maintains a clear distance from others. She can sometimes be perceived as unsociable. However, she is not a lone wolf; as a Demon Slayer, she can engage in group activities and converse with everyone, and she is reasonably caring when asked for help. Her personality is neither bright nor dark; if anything, it can be described as gray. In some ways, she is the most elusive girl. Using a uniquely shaped weapon, she spins and fights, showcasing her exceptional athletic ability. "You are one of us." ● Kaji Mae Tetsuya (CV: Machiya Nishio) Once an active Demon Slayer at the forefront in his youth, he has since lost his abilities and now focuses on support. They arise in areas that meet various conditions, initially the size of a puppy but can grow to be larger than humans. They are nocturnal, becoming more active at night.
