■Story Chiya Fukubun's daily life was destroyed when the roof of the library exploded. The roof was blown off due to the release of a yokai known as Retsuka, which had been sealed within the library's ancient books. Yokai are beings that erode human society from the shadows. They attack, devour, violate, and kill humans during the night... they are nothing less than humanity's natural enemy. In order to fight the yokai, Chiya borrows the power of the ancient books and challenges the battle against them. It is a story of a human who, despite being exposed to humiliation and hardship, fights bravely while looking forward. ■Characters ● Chiya Fukubun (CV: Makoto Fan) At an age where she wants to stand a little taller, she is slightly shorter than her peers. She gains the ability to fight by borrowing the power of the sealing books. Although she harbors fear and dread towards the existence of yokai, she possesses the courage to suppress those feelings and fight. Her athletic ability is average, but as she engages in battles, she gradually increases her physical activity, improving her physical capabilities.
