■Story The hardworking girl, Momiji, encounters a woman's scream on her way home from her part-time job. When she, driven by a strong sense of justice, tries to help the woman, she finds herself face to face with a "Kisoujin," a being that wears human skin. Kisoujin takes root in human bodies and thrives on negative emotions. Thus begins the battle between Momiji and the people who have been parasitized by Kisoujin. Characters ● Waka Yakura Waka was taken in by relatives after her father was arrested as a murderer. Because of this, she faced bullying and various remarks about her father at school. Even after graduating, she struggled to find part-time work due to her father's past and spent her days feeling stagnant. She has good athletic ability, developed through her experiences of being bullied, which has made her very fast and physically capable. Although she wasn't allowed to attend classes properly, she is not unintelligent, but her grades were among the lowest in her year. ● Koiwa Momiji A part-time worker, Momiji is praised as the poster girl for a traditional Japanese tea house called "Shizuku." She is bright and energetic, currently living alone in an apartment, hoping to save money to eventually open her own shop. Her athletic ability is above average, and she has developed her skills through hard work rather than natural talent. Her academic performance is also above average, but she never quite reached the top, preventing her from standing out significantly.
