The fact that even the movement of people is forbidden suggests that it must have been a significant event. However, this taboo is broken by a young man on that day. "There is an incredibly beautiful princess deity who heals diseases in the Outside Village." The protagonist of this story, [Ōgaki Hō], who lives in "Our Village," is determined to cross the boundary of the settlement to verify the truth behind the rumors he heard in the village. At the same time, a research request about 'Ishin Village' is brought to [Kanjō Reiga], who works in a university folklore research lab. While preparing for the investigation, she also hears a strange story. "Suspicious corpses with signs of having undergone a certain ritual have been found one after another around Ishin Village." It is said that a beautiful boy dressed as a girl, who is rumored to heal diseases, is involved. Feeling the ominous premonition of a complicated incident, she too heads towards the "Outside Village" to carry out her assignment. -- The "Outside Village," which has an unusual atmosphere as if it has been left behind by time. There, they are awaited by a pair of twin siblings.
