And ten years later— Next to the ancient city of "Kanakura," slightly away from the capital, lies the somewhat desolate rural town of "YurigaHama." After graduating from nursing school, she takes her first step as a new nurse at a local hospital in YurigaHama. The hospital she joins, "YurigaHama General Hospital," is a small facility with about 50 beds, but it is filled with various people.
