Eros Strawbell, a witch who comes from a prestigious family but cannot use magic.
Merry, a laid-back, easygoing girl who is a magic-noob dragon.
Hibiki Flamel, a kemonomimi alchemist who always stays in the club room.
Surrounded by girls, Hiro finds himself in a situation where lucky encounters and unavoidable perversions are bound to happen.

While she can use magic, she has no control over it.
As a result, she fails all her classes, including magic studies.
