Golden Marriage

[Requests Accepted] [ensemble] Golden Marriage [VJ014801]

■Story "As long as there is love, money is unnecessary." ――That's a lie! It's embarrassing to point this out so loudly, but it's a truth that has become apparent now. Living a life free from money is simply not possible. On the other hand, it's human nature not to want to declare, "There is no such thing as pure love; money is everything in this world!" It's also natural to feel that some things are priceless and irreplaceable. Thus, couples who waver between dreams and practical calculations continue to engage in their bittersweet romantic drama today. And now, here is yet another story, one that stands out among them: the tale of "Marriage." --- ### Characters ● **Toko Ichijouji (CV: Aoi Uehara)** A second-year student. The daughter of a wealthy family. However, the monthly allowance provided by her parents is quite limited. Due to family connections, she is a childhood friend of the protagonist, sharing a bond as wealthy companions. She is an indoor-oriented gaming enthusiast and is not good at physical activities, quickly tiring out with little exertion. Although she claims to be somewhat socially awkward, she doesn't dislike lively environments and has a strong curiosity, exhibiting a small animal-like personality. Recently, she has taken up investing as a hobby, managing the protagonist's surplus assets to generate profits. Her immediate goal is to save enough to become independent from her family. "There's an interesting investment opportunity I came across, what do you think?" --- ● **Rei Amagi (CV: Koori Natsuno)** A second-year student. A violist who is fully devoted to the path of music and art. She has absolute confidence in her talent and is convinced she will succeed as an artist. However, feeling that she lacks the financial means to pursue her passion, she targets the wealthy protagonist, using her looks to seek support. While her personality can be a bit too straightforward, her genuine expression of emotions can be refreshing in its honesty. She is the ultimate good person. "Without even thinking too hard, money is important, right?" --- ● **Kasumi Tange (CV: Ichi Hatori)** A first-year student. She is the protagonist's junior at the academy but a senior at her part-time job. After her parents, who were business owners, fled due to bankruptcy, she has been forced to live a poor life while working part-time. She is a hardworking girl with a serious and modest personality, determined to raise her younger siblings into respectable adults. Having become too accustomed to a frugal lifestyle, she sometimes feels down when she unconsciously tends to choose the cheaper options. "It's not something to be embarrassed about, but it's not something to be proud of either, being poor." --- ● **Yukiko Kasugano (CV: Miyami Arisugawa)** A third-year student. She serves as the president of the student council at the academy, a perfect individual with impeccable character, excellent grades, beauty, and great popularity, seemingly without any flaws. Her parents are doctors, and while they are not excessively wealthy, her inherent grace and dignity have earned her the title of the academy's top lady. Although she feels very fulfilled, she struggles with not having strong desires, leading to a state of "having no worries is my worry." She is close friends with Ruri and admires her ability to give her all in everything. "I believe happiness is something you feel, not something you wish for." --- ● **Ruri Shimakage (CV: Riri Tanaka)** A third-year student. She is a senior at the protagonist's part-time job and also at the academy. With a friendly and caring personality, she is the epitome of a good person, always willing to help with trivial matters. However, she can be quite scary when angered (physically). She aspires to be a "girly girl" and possesses a heart that is, in a sense, the most feminine, but she is aware of her rough nature and feels limited in her ability to mask it. She is best friends with Yukiko, who embodies her ideals, making her an object of envy. "Ahaha, my head is just filled with flowers, you know?" --- ● **Marika von Wittelsbach (CV: Ichigo Kayama)** The protagonist's maternal cousin. She is a genuine princess with a claim to the throne of her home country. Having played together happily in childhood, she is very attached to the protagonist, seeing him as an older brother. It seems she intends to somehow secure the position of his wife in the future. Her personality is carefree, but having grown up surrounded by adults in the royal court, she sometimes speaks with a mature perspective. She is naturally good at seeking affection and loves physical contact. Her hobby is sleeping on the protagonist's arm or lap. "Onii-sama, listen, listen――!" --- ● **Elvira Riefenstahl (CV: Marino Kawashi)** The protagonist's guardian. She is the head of the academy and watches over the students with a warm gaze. Originally a talented and young business investor, she retired due to health issues caused by her demanding work. Now, she focuses on social contributions, welfare activities, and nurturing talent. Having shared life-and-death experiences with the protagonist, they share a strong bond and deep trust. She sometimes shows a slightly quirky sense of humor, making her a very kind mother figure. "Fortune and misfortune are like intertwined ropes, you know." --- ● **Nagisa Tachibana** The protagonist. He is quite wealthy. Born as the second son of the Tachibana family, which owns one of the largest corporate groups in the country, and a princess from a small European country, he is currently a strong candidate to become the next head of the group. Before his parents died in an accident, he lived a normal, middle-class life, so he tends to be modest and prudent in his spending. However, when he decides to spend, he does so decisively, not hesitating to invest large amounts when he truly feels the need. He enjoys cooking and works part-time as a kitchen staff member at a restaurant affiliated with the Tachibana Group. While he has a normal interest in girls, he has had painful experiences in the past with those who approached him for his wealth, making him somewhat hesitant to engage in deep relationships. "Well, I guess people generally see me as just a walking wallet." --- ● **Ume Tange / Momo Tange (CV: Hana Kiryu)** The slightly younger twin siblings of Kasumi. Ume, the girl, is more active and impulsive, while Momo, the boy, is thoughtful and quiet, showcasing contrasting personalities. Both love Kasumi dearly and always support their clumsy sister wholeheartedly. "I want our big sister to be happy." --- ● **Kumi Mochizuki (CV: Hazuki Hina)** A mysterious figure who always subtly follows Nagisa. She is extremely averse to Nagisa exposing himself to unnecessary risks. Though she is quite sharp-tongued and tends to nag, Nagisa knows that her criticisms come from a place of concern rather than malice, and he trusts her nonetheless. "Your pursuit of safety is what brings you pleasure."
