■Story The setting is a school called "Puerarium," isolated from the outside world by mist and thorns. The garden, protected by strict discipline, is filled with a tense atmosphere, and time flows without disruption. However, one morning, a girl is discovered collapsed in front of the gate. This gate is always closed and should only open on limited occasions. Under wary gazes, the girl introduces herself. "Aluette." At that moment, the bell of the clock tower, which had been rusted and silent, rang out with an enormous sound. "When the clock tower's bell tolls, an inevitable end will come to this school." As the rumors hinted, this marked the beginning of a long, nightmarish chaos in Puerarium. After various twists and turns, Aluette becomes a student at Puerarium. She breaks the prohibition on going out at night and leaves her room. What she sees is a school transformed into another world and grotesque beings wandering with murderous intent. And there, she witnesses a certain girl resolutely confronting them— ■Characters ● Aluette (CV: Choco Moeka) An outsider who suddenly wandered into Puerarium. Recognized for her "Maiden" potential, she is allowed to enroll in accordance with the rules. With vibrant cheeks, innocent eyes, and graceful movements, she is like a girl wrapped in spring. Her bright and kind personality does not shrink or rebel against the students' exclusive attitudes. Although she loves fun things and is often bewildered by the school's unusual asceticism, she continues to strive to fit in. By chance, she witnesses the "Night School" and becomes embroiled in a battle between grotesque beings and Luc. "I’m so glad I got to come to this school." ● Luc (CV: Sanma Aji) Top of the advanced class. Respected by the teacher Adler, she is the leading candidate for the Ever Maiden. With icy eyes, unnaturally pale skin, and hair darker than the night, she is a solitary girl reminiscent of a winter night. Always expressionless and taciturn, her refined aura and strict demeanor keep others at bay. She adheres to the school's rules, continuously refining herself as a "Maiden" by eliminating all waste. She openly expresses disdain and contempt for Aluette, whom she sees as a "suspicious presence that has sneaked in from the outside." Her obsession with becoming an Ever Maiden is stronger than anyone else's, and she harbors a competitive spirit against Luc, who is first.
