While separated from Mikoto due to errands, she entered a bamboo grove on her way to the meeting point. Suddenly, she was enveloped in light and vanished while calling out Mikoto's name. Afterward, Ryoka, who had lost some memories and collapsed, was taken care of at "Atsumori Shrine." A request came to that shrine: "There is a shrine dedicated to the Dragon God near a lake, but it seems impurities are gathering there." The priest from the shrine, upon learning this, went to investigate but never returned. Thus, they asked for an investigation. After hearing the story, Ryoka accepted the request.
